To move your existing SERO account to the Advantage Club program, please fill out the below form. Once the form is submitted, you will get an email confirming we have received your request.
A member of the Sprint Back office team will send a follow-up confirmation email when the account has been converted. The turnaround time is 24-48 business hours.
Your existing billing cycle, billing due date, and the date on which your new minutes start monthly will remain the same. This discount program will replace any other discounts or promotions you were receiving outside the Advantage Club program.
