Two easy steps to account conversion

Step 1: Review how many lines you’re liable for

Check how many lines you have signed up for Employee Wireless Discounts and Advantage Club programs. Get each subscriber name and their payment status.

  • Accounts under the "Employee Wireless Discounts" and "Advantage Club" sections are under your name and financial liability.
  • Accounts under the "New SWAC" section have been converted into the name and liability of the end-user and do not require any action. These accounts will remain under SWAC regardless of your change in employment status.

View liable accounts on your employee summary report

Step 2: Choose a conversion option

  • Option 1: Accounts/lines to stay in my name:

    Choose this option for your EWD account and any SWAC accounts that you will maintain ownership of. This option just changes the account type from EWD to Advantage Club and you keep your same account number.




  • Option 2: Advantage club/ EWD account or lines that will be transferred to another account:

    Choose this option for lines that you no longer wish to be liable for, like Advantage Club accounts in your name and/or subscribers on your personal EWD account.
      o Selecting this option will route you to the change of ownership process.
      o Select the Personal Account because SWAC is not available for business accounts.
      o The accepting party can use their existing account or create a new one if they don’t have one.
      o Upon completing of the change of ownership the accepting party account will be converted to Advantage Club automatically.
      o For any escalations or issues with the change of ownership process you can contact the EWD team by dialing *2 from your device or call 888-211-4727.com.

Additional information

If you are a departing Sprint employee, you must convert all lines from EWD within 30 days of your termination or separation pay end date (whichever is later). Any lines you don't convert within 30 days will experience a service interruption while we convert the lines.
